CityGolf USA Nashville is set to introduce a completely new way to experience golf, bringing what the company calls America’s first full 18-hole indoor golf experience to Music City. The ambitious project will combine GOLFZON simulator technology, real putting greens, walkable holes, short-game areas, hospitality and entertainment under one roof.
The Nashville venue is planned as the flagship location for CityGolf USA and is expected to become the first step in a broader expansion across major U.S. cities. Located in West Nashville, the facility will give golfers an opportunity to play a complete 18-hole round indoors, regardless of weather or time of year.
CityGolf USA Nashville Brings 18 Holes Indoors
What makes CityGolf USA Nashville different from a conventional indoor golf simulator is the way golfers will move through the course.
Players will begin each hole by hitting tee and approach shots using GOLFZON simulator technology. Once the virtual shot reaches the green, the simulator screen retracts, revealing a real putting and short-game surface. Golfers can then walk to the green, chip and putt out before moving on to the next hole.
The process is repeated across all 18 holes, creating an experience designed to feel more like playing an outdoor course than spending an afternoon inside a simulator bay. CityGolf says a complete round will take approximately two and a half hours.
For golfers who enjoy the strategy and rhythm of a traditional round but struggle to find several hours for an outdoor tee time, the concept could offer an appealing alternative.
A 174,000-Square-Foot Golf Destination
The planned Nashville facility will span approximately 174,000 square feet, making it considerably larger than a typical indoor simulator venue.
The project is designed to include 18 real greens, short-game areas, GOLFZON-powered simulator technology and a modern indoor driving range. The company also plans to incorporate halfway houses and other hospitality features into the experience, allowing golfers to take breaks and enjoy refreshments during their rounds.
The venue is being positioned as more than an indoor golf course. It is intended to function as an urban golf club where players can meet friends, practice, compete, entertain clients or simply enjoy a round without worrying about rain, cold temperatures or fading daylight.
Golf, Dining and Entertainment Under One Roof
Golf will be at the center of the project, but CityGolf USA Nashville is also being developed as a broader entertainment destination.
Plans call for a full-service restaurant and bar, a retail pro shop and private event spaces. The venue will also offer corporate entertainment opportunities, including private course blocks, team competitions, catering and presentation facilities.
PGA-certified professionals are expected to provide lessons, leagues and player-development programs, giving the facility a role in both recreational and instructional golf.
That combination could make CityGolf particularly attractive to businesses looking for a different setting for client entertainment, team-building activities and company events.
Founding Membership Offers Early Access
CityGolf USA is also offering a limited Founding Membership for golfers who want priority access when the Nashville venue opens.
According to the company’s current membership information, the Founding Membership is priced at $375 per month, along with a $1,500 annual deposit. Benefits include priority booking, four included tee times each month, access to dedicated founder booking blocks, a complimentary guest round each month and discounts on food and beverages.
The company says founding membership is a capped opportunity and that founding pricing is locked through 2030.
Public golfers will also have the opportunity to play without committing to a membership. CityGolf says public visitors will be able to book available tee times and pay per visit.
Nashville Marks the Beginning
The Nashville project is being developed through a partnership involving CityGolf USA, GOLFZON, Nessie Capital, Parlay Capital Holdings and the Tennessee Golf Foundation. GOLFZON, which has extensive experience in simulator golf, is providing the technology behind the long-game portion of the experience.
The company describes Nashville as its flagship venue and the beginning of a larger U.S. expansion strategy. If the concept succeeds, similar indoor golf destinations could eventually appear in other major American cities.
The latest information from CityGolf USA lists a soft opening in 2026, while the company’s website currently promotes a November 2026 grand opening.
For Nashville golfers, the appeal is straightforward: a complete 18-hole experience without a weather delay, a long drive to the course or the time commitment normally associated with a traditional round.
With real greens, walkable holes, advanced simulator technology and a full restaurant and bar, CityGolf USA Nashville could represent one of the most ambitious new developments in indoor golf and potentially a glimpse at how the game will be played in America’s cities in the future.
