Sajana Yasas is the co-founder of My Golf Essentials and builds the MGE Coach app: the rules, the numbers, the Swing Studio and the coach that reads a golfer's own log.
He is a materials physics researcher by training, with a BSc in Engineering Physics from the University of Colombo and a master's in physics in progress at the University of Bologna, where he is based. Since 2019 he has run IDER Solutions, a digital growth agency, and he builds software products on the side.
He is a beginner golfer who plays because he enjoys it, which is useful: if a rule in the app or a guide on the site is not clear to him, it is rewritten.
