Claiming her spot as the fifth Augusta National Women’s Amateur champion, Lottie Woad exhibited exceptional talent and poise. Despite the pressure of holding a two-shot lead for two nights, Woad remained resilient, showcasing her ability to thrive under intense scrutiny. Amy Bond, Woad’s coach at Florida State University, praised her exceptional performance under pressure, stating, ‘When she gets herself under pressure, she’s one of the best I’ve ever seen.’
